Ginger's Revenge plans weekend celebration to mark 4th anniversary

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — One of Asheville's craft beverage producers is celebrating four years of being in business. And it's great news for Ginger's Revenge lovers.

The brewery is releasing four new ginger beers to mark the occasion.

This fourth year has been tough. But brewery owners David Ackley and Cristina Hall Ackley said a lot of creativity and devoted fans helped them get through it.

"It's been a lot of hard work, and we just feel super grateful to reach this point of our business, to have gotten through 2020," David Ackley said.

"And so thankful to the community for helping us get through the last year," Cristina Hall Ackley said.

There will also be a big party this weekend -- with safety as a priority -- at the tasting room. Weekend hours are 2-8 p.m. Friday, 2-8 p.m. Saturday and 2-7 p.m. Sunday.
