Interactive Murder Mystery Night – Y2SLAY
Join us on November 11th at Ginger’s Revenge South Slope Lounge located at 32 Banks Avenue in Asheville for “Y2Slay,” a 90s-themed Murder Mystery Event! This is an interactive Murder Mystery party- you’ll be assigned a specific character to come dressed as and you’ll interact with the other guests in character! Costume suggestions based on your specific character are provided in advance of the event.
It’s 1998, and paranoia is on the rise because of the predicted Y2K bug. When the clock strikes midnight at the turn of the millennium, experts have warned that computers will misread the year and kill us all – or at least something along those lines. Tensions are high, moods are foul, and the end of the world might be on the horizon.
An elite group of high society has made a cloak-and-dagger alliance to deal with the impending apocalypse. They have agreed to meet for the first time at an unassuming, secret location in Beverly Hills for the initial strategy meeting. It will take careful planning to ensure survival once the Y2K bug launches and the computers of the world reset to 1900, causing power grids to fail, financial markets to collapse, and travel to come to a screeching halt.
You have been included in this survival group. You must arrive on time with your best ideas for how to weather the Y2K storm. This is where your story begins.
This is a mymysteryparty.com party presented in association with Mystery Men Productions.
Tickets are subject to terms and conditions.
